When you request a consultation, the form asks for your name, work email, phone number, company, the service you are interested in and a message about your requirements. We use these details to respond to your enquiry, discuss your requirements and prepare a proposal if you ask for one.
Please do not include sensitive personal information, payment details or customer records in the message field. We will ask for anything else we need once we understand your requirements.
Information collected automatically
When you send the form, we record the page you sent it from. This website does not use advertising cookies.
The consultation form uses a script from our form provider, Splitforms, to measure how the form is used. It creates a session identifier that lasts only for the current page visit and does not set cookies. It can record which form fields were used. Where the feature is turned on, it can also save what was typed into the form if you leave the page without sending it, so that we can follow up.
Like most websites, our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP addresses and browser details, to operate and secure the site.
Who processes your information
Enquiries are delivered to our team through Splitforms, which processes form submissions on our behalf. Our hosting provider runs the website. We do not sell your personal information or share it with third parties for their own marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to respond, to manage any working relationship that follows, and to meet our legal and accounting obligations. After that, they are deleted.
Your choices
